One thing I have noticed is that most entrepreneurs are full of great ideas and have no idea how to implement most of them.

Perhaps you need to create content for a website.  Maybe you need marketing copy for a program you're offering. You may have some great ideas for a workshop where you can deliver your services one to many, which is a very leveraged way to make money.

Or maybe you KNOW your business could make more money if only you could restructure some of what you're doing.

The problem is how to carve out the time to even think about any of this much less do it.

That's why in February of 2011, I developed a new way of working with my clients: The complimentary strategy session.

During this session we will identify areas in your business that you need to work on.  We'll take a look at the "big picture" of your business and how it fits into the lifestyle that you would like.
